Anne is an independent non-executive director, a member of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants and holds a diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors. Anne was a senior audit partner with Ernst & Young (EY) in Cork until her retirement in June 2020. Since then, she has joined the boards of Ornua and PFH Enterprise. In addition to her board roles on both companies, Anne is chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Remuneration Subcommittee at Ornua.
Anne is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants, having qualified for membership in 1982. She has served, and continues to serve, on charitable boards, where she is a member of the audit committee.
