Last week, to celebrate Pride month, we held a coffee morning filled with fruit and treats to celebrate diversity and promote inclusion within our company and beyond.
PJ Hegarty is on a journey to build a more inclusive workplace for all our employees, who are the heart and soul of our company. We are committed to creating an environment where everyone can be their authentic selves, and for this month and beyond, we stand in support of LGBTQ+ colleagues and community.
We have also scheduled a webinar with Pride at Work to teach us how to understand the meaning and concept of Diversity, Intersectionality, Equality v Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.
