ULSTER BANK NATIONWIDE BRANCH REFURBISHMENT

In 2004, PJ Hegarty began the refurbishment of over 200 branches of Ulster Bank nationwide, with a total value of €60 million. The projects were priced on an agreed schedule of rates and each individual undertaking was reviewed by the client’s project managers, with the aim of ensuring consistency and quality across all works.

Works involved strip out, repairs, ceilings, partitions, floor finishes, mechanical and electrical installation and upgrade, as well as specialist joinery and furniture and fit-out of kitchen areas. Works on the branches also included minor external amendments, such as pavings and ramps.

In 2010, we were recognised at the RBS Supplier Excellence Awards, winning the Vendor Contribution and Customer Service Quality award.
