PJ Hegarty took charge of this project for PepsiCo when the original contractor ran into difficulty and ultimately went out of business. Taking over a project of this size half-way through was a challenge that required great flexibility—and we delivered. Liaising with our partners throughout the construction phase, we ensured timelines were met during a tight building schedule. There were anticipated difficulties that come with taking over a project already commenced by another contractor, but we hit the ground running and led the project to completion on time, within 21 weeks, and on budget.
