A core part of our approach to this project was the implementation of a stringent quality ethos. This was achieved through the timely production and sign-off of prototypes, samples, and mock-ups for key areas, including courtrooms, jury rooms, and public seating areas. By doing so, we were able to ensure that each space met both the practical requirements of a modern court facility and the high expectations of architectural design and finish.
The final product, completed ahead of schedule, exemplifies precision and attention to detail, with every courtroom and public area designed to create a dignified and accessible environment.
The project’s success is further highlighted by the multiple awards and commendations it has received. These include the prestigious OPUS 2010 Construction & Architectural Award and the RIAI Irish Architecture Awards “Public Choice” Award 2010. Additionally, it won the RIAI Irish Architectural Awards “Best Accessible Project” Award 2010 and was highly commended at the Public Building of the Year Award 2010.
The Criminal Courts of Justice stands as a testament to our ability to deliver complex, large-scale fit outs with a commitment to quality and excellence, ensuring the facility serves both its users and the public for generations to come.
