We were contracted to construct a basement car parking facility, with 280 spaces in a 11,500m² area. Complementary work also included modifications to road levels at Lapps Quay, minor realignment of kerb lines on Clontarf Street, and removal and reinstatement of Quay walls. PJ Hegarty also constructed a new boardwalk, along with ancillary landscaping and site works.
