We are committed to fully complying with all applicable labour and employment laws, rules and regulations and working to eliminate the risk of human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

Our recruitment processes are transparent and thorough. We have extensive procedures in place with all new employees of the company where all identities are confirmed and verified.

Subcontractors & Suppliers

PJ Hegarty & Sons have a built up a large network of well-established and reputable subcontracts/supplier with whom we maintain a strong ongoing relationship. We conduct our due diligence on any new subcontractors/suppliers before engaging in business with them.

They are required to agree with and comply with our modern slavery & human trafficking policy before we engage their services.

Whistleblower Policy

PJ Hegarty & Sons staff may report any violations of or activity inconsistent with our policies and compliance procedures in line with our Whistleblower policy.

To date, no reports have been received from employees, the public, or law enforcement agencies to indicate that modern slavery or human traffic practices have been identified in the company.
