Our People

Our people are our biggest asset. It is with their effort and dedication that we can ensure that all of our staff are endeavouring, on each project, to ensure that the most successful outcomes are achieved. This is evidenced by the fact that we have a very low staff turnover and that many of our employees are long serving. The reasons for this, we believe, is that we understand that in order to be happy in their jobs, we need to develop our staff both personally and professionally. We do this through our programme of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and through our Social Committee. Through this programme, each employee has a mentor whom they meet with on a regular basis to discuss their career and how they think they should best progress their skills, either through training or education.
