Redevelopment of Crawford Art Gallery Cork

PJ Hegarty has commenced work on the redevelopment of Crawford Art Gallery in Cork City Centre.

The project includes a new seven-storey extension with a public gallery overlooking the city, along with the renovation and restoration of the existing 18th-century landmark building. The works will provide additional gallery and support space within the expanded facility.

This development represents a significant investment in Ireland’s cultural infrastructure. Completion is scheduled for mid-2028.
